Sir,
Last Friday at approximately 1.30pm our MOT jacking beam sprung a massive leak
and was therefore u/s. As you will appreciate, being an MOT based business we
were unable to carry on working!

Knowing that repairing the jack would take days and not wanting to be caught
short again, I rang Brown Brothers at about 3.00pm enquiring as to the
availability of a new unit.

Amazingly, after a couple more phone calls to Brown Brothers and yourselves
it was confirmed that a pit based jacking beam to our specification would be built
and despatched that evening!

Yesterday, Monday at approximately 1.00pm we received our new jacking beam
and began to catch up with the backlog of work.

This is a note just to convey to members of your staff who stayed late to build,
test and despatch the unit on Friday pm.
